Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 160 countries. We are looking for a talented Business Applications – Workato technical lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the business by translating customer requirements to automate manual processes and connect multiple platforms by leveraging Workato and other integration tools.
You Will:
- Act as a Workato tech lead by making sure the integration team adheres to solutions under the best architecture and practices.
- Create automations and integrations between leading platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, NetSuite, Bots, JIRA and the Papaya platform.
- Work with various level stakeholders in the R&D, IT and Security teams to enhance the papaya platform and make a significant impact on the product
- Leverage APIs (SOAP and REST) and flat file (FTP) to facilitate automated integrations across a wide array of cloud and on-premises platforms
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the health of active integration solutions to drive data-based reliability and efficiency improvement plans
- Ability to create detailed integration design documents.
- Collaborate with Business Applications team members to refine best practices, change management strategies, and efficient and effective internal processes to drive continuous delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years work experience with integration platforms (IPaaS) and at least 2 with Workato
- Background in business systems, such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), Marketing Automation (Hubspot), HRIS (BambboHR) and/or other enterprise applications preferred
- Passion for eliciting and defining business and system requirements in an agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
